Store Supervisor - F&B (Talent Pool)

Job Description

• Supervise and lead store staff in daily operations, including cashiering, food preparation, and customer service areas.
• Ensure all operational procedures and brand standards are followed, including cleanliness, food safety, service quality, and product presentation.
• Assist with scheduling and workforce planning to maintain optimal staffing levels.
• Provide basic training and coaching for team members, and address any team-related issues in real-time.
• Support inventory control, stock ordering, and waste management processes.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Work toward achieving sales targets and operational efficiency goals.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, inventory, and store performance.
• Foster positive communication and teamwork among staff and management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma; diploma or degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or business management is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in food & beverage retail or the quick-service restaurant industry, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
• High level of discipline, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
• Knowledge of inventory management, quality control, and customer service principles.
