About the role

Store Sales Marketing position responsible for running daily outlet operations, including serving customers, maintaining workplace cleanliness, and supporting team needs to maintain service and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Actively seek potential new customers

• Maintain and develop UMKM members

• Meet daily, weekly, or monthly sales quotas set by company management

• Prepare daily activity reports

• Serve customers and maintain workplace cleanliness

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent

• Experience in retail, modern stores, or fresh product sales is an advantage

• Negotiation skills and knowledge of fresh product market

• Able to work in shift system, including weekends and national holidays

• Neat appearance, communicative, honest, and good work ethics

• Able to work as a team and ready to work in a dynamic store environment

• Disciplined with good time management

• Good integrity

• Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta
