Store Manager (Fnb)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Restaurant Manager in the F&B industry.

• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills with a hands-on approach.

• Deep knowledge of daily restaurant/outlet operations, service standards, and food safety regulations.

• Solid understanding of financial metrics, including P&L, COGS, labor cost management, inventory control, and waste minimization.

• Proficient in operating POS systems, MS Office (especially MS Excel), and reporting tools.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities, target-driven, and strong customer-service mindset.

Job Description:

• Oversee and optimize overall daily outlet operations to meet sales targets, profitability goals, and high operational standards.

• Manage, coach, and mentor store staff, including scheduling, performance evaluation, training, and team development.

• Monitor store financial performance by analyzing sales reports, controlling COGS, managing labor costs, and minimizing waste/loss.

• Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and quality assurance guidelines.

• Supervise inventory management, stock counts, supply orders, and vendor deliveries to ensure smooth outlet operations.

• Handle customer feedback and inquiries professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
