About the role

PT. Adicipta Boga Intiprima (IMPERIAL GROUP) is seeking a talented Marketing Visual & Design professional to join our creative team. This is a full-time position based in Pal Merah, Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content and design solutions that communicate our brand message effectively to target audiences. You will play a strategic role in enhancing our brand presence across multiple platforms and driving engagement through innovative design work. This position is integral to our marketing efforts and directly contributes to the company's growth and market visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Responsibility:

  • Develop and create high-quality visual marketing materials across digital and print channels, including campaigns, advertisements, and promotional content.

  • Plan, shoot, and edit original video content and photography for social media, website, digital ads, and offline brand activations.

  • Design graphics and multimedia assets for social media platforms, websites, and digital channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.

  • Produce comprehensive visual assets including social media reels/TikToks, banners, infographics, presentations, and multimedia content.

  • Maintain visual branding consistency across all marketing touchpoints and ensure strict adherence to brand standards.

  • Stay updated with design, videography, and photography trends to keep our content competitive, creative, and relevant.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand content requirements and deliver visually impactful solutions.

  • Manage multiple design, video, and photo projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and meeting tight deadlines.

  Requirements (What We're Looking For):

  • MUST submit a portfolio showcasing graphic design, photography, and video production/editing projects.

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Content Creator, or similar role with a strong multidisciplinary portfolio.

  • MUST have hands-on skills in Videography and Photography (experience operating cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and video editing).

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects (InDesign/Canva is a plus).

  • Strong understanding of visual communication, typography, color theory, composition, and video pacing/storytelling.

  • Experience in creating short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and high-converting digital marketing assets.

  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce aesthetically pleasing and strategically effective content.

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Knowledge of emerging trends in digital marketing, social media algorithms, and creative visual design.

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Multimedia, Film/Broadcasting, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
