Store Manager

About the role

Lead and oversee daily operational excellence at a café or F&B outlet, ensuring all activities align with standard operating procedures. You will manage food and beverage quality, service speed, and hygiene standards while driving team performance and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all daily outlet operations in accordance with SOP

• Ensure food and beverage quality, service speed, and café cleanliness are maintained

• Manage work schedules (roster), training, and performance evaluation for barista, service, and kitchen teams

• Monitor raw material stock, conduct inventory control, and reduce waste

• Achieve outlet sales targets and manage daily financial reports (cashier/POS)

• Handle customer feedback and complaints to ensure maximum customer experience

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education (all majors; preferably Tourism/Hospitality/Management)

• Minimum 2–3 years experience as Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Supervisor in F&B or café industry

• Strong understanding of operational excellence, sanitation standards (HACCP/Food Safety), and Bar & Kitchen workflows

• Proficient in stock management (inventory control), COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), waste recording, and POS systems

• Leadership qualities, strong communication skills, and ability to manage shifts and team performance

• Calm problem-solver with ability to handle customer complaints in the field
