Manager Operational

About the role

Operational Manager position in F&B overseeing branch operations, ensuring achievement of company targets, and maintaining operational consistency across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee, control and evaluate all operational activities of the branch in accordance with company SOP and KPI

• Ensure achievement of company revenue targets

• Conduct audits and analyse branch operations on a regular basis

• Develop team competencies through coaching, briefing and training

• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports to GM

• Conduct routine visits to all branches

About you

• D3/S1 education qualification

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in Operational Manager role in F&B

• Ability to lead and evaluate team performance

• Ability to analyse achievement of targets

• Ability to analyse business performance

• Understanding of operational control systems

• Ability to ensure consistency of product quality

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis

• Problem solving, communication, analytical thinking, leadership and data-based decision making capabilities
