About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Staff Store to join the NAM LEATHER team in Badung, Bali. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional retail experience to our customers. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for ensuring our retail environment operates smoothly, maintains high standards of customer service, and contributes to the overall success of our business. Your enthusiasm for premium leather products and genuine passion for helping customers will be essential to thriving in this role.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival, creating a welcoming and inclusive store environment

• Assist customers with product selection, providing detailed information about our leather goods and helping them find items that meet their needs

• Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, ensuring all payments are handled securely and efficiently

• Maintain store cleanliness, organisation and visual merchandising standards, ensuring products are displayed attractively and are easily accessible

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management, including receiving, labelling and arranging new merchandise

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction

• Support promotional activities and seasonal campaigns, actively promoting special offers and new product lines

• Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and contribute to a positive, cohesive working environment

• Ensure compliance with store policies, health and safety regulations, and company procedures at all times

What we're looking for

• Previous retail or customer service experience is highly desirable, demonstrating your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with diverse customers and colleagues

• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently

• A genuine passion for premium leather products and fashion, or willingness to develop product knowledge quickly

• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to commit to a full-time schedule and work flexibly as required by store operations

• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills

• Physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry stock items, and move around the store throughout your shift

• A positive attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn and develop within a retail setting

• Fluency in Indonesian and English is advantageous; additional language skills are a bonus
