About Us

Raga Divine Healing is a holistic wellness space in Bali offering personalized experiences in Tarot Reading, Balinese Crystal Healing, and Balinese Astrology Healing.

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and organized individual to manage daily studio operations, handle bookings, and provide a welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily studio operations and ensure the space remains clean, tidy, and welcoming.

• Handle booking inquiries, reservations, and appointment scheduling through WhatsApp and other communication channels.

• Respond to guest inquiries regarding our services, pricing, and availability.

• Welcome guests and assist them upon arrival.

• Confirm appointments and follow up with guests when necessary.

• Record daily bookings and maintain accurate reservation information.

• Assist with basic administrative tasks and daily operational reports.

• Ensure the studio is properly prepared before appointments.

• Assist with social media inquiries and other guest-related tasks when required.

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Friendly, polite, and professional when communicating with guests.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.

• Comfortable using WhatsApp, smartphones, and basic computer applications.

• Able to communicate effectively with international guests.

• Honest, punctual, and able to work independently.

• Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, or administration is an advantage.

• Willing to work a 6-hour shift according to the agreed schedule.

• Working Hours: 6 hours per day

• Salary: IDR 3,000,000 – 3,500,000 per month
