Staff - Quality Control (Garment Production)

Qualifications:

• At least 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in Sewing Floor Quality is preferrable.

• Must have experience in lead the team especially in production/quality or related area.

• Familiar with manufacturing industry especially in production area.

• Have good communication & negotiation skills.

• Must have safe and healthy minded.

• Required language(s): English both speaking & writing.

• Having Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any major is added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Particular candidate is needed to overlook the 3 - 4 sewing modules.

• Ensure coordination and smooth communication between QC leaders, operators, and production teams.

• Monitor garment production to ensure compliance with buyer requirements and company quality standards.

• Conduct in-line and end-line inspections to detect defects and prevent recurring issues.

• Identify root causes of quality defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Maintain accurate records of inspection reports, defects, and corrective actions.

• Drive the team for department KPI's to provide excellent product to the customer.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, buyer standards, and international quality certifications.
