About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Staff Kantor (Office Staff) to join the team at Cinta Gold Nusantara in South Jakarta. This is a full-time position based in our Jakarta office, where you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our hospitality and tourism business. Your contribution will be essential to ensuring our office runs efficiently and our guests receive exceptional service.

What you'll be doing

• Providing administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day office operations

• Assisting with guest enquiries and coordinating customer service requests

• Managing office documentation, filing systems and record-keeping

• Supporting booking and reservation coordination for hospitality services

• Liaising between front-of-house and back-office teams to ensure seamless service delivery

• Handling correspondence and communications with clients and stakeholders

• Contributing to office maintenance and ensuring a professional, welcoming environment

• Supporting event coordination and administrative preparations as required

• Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate operational records

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in office administration or hospitality support roles

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Excellent communication abilities in Indonesian and English

• Proficiency with office software and computer systems

• Customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
