About the role

Cinta Gold Nusantara is seeking an experienced Asisten Manager to join our dynamic sales management team. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya. As Asisten Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales operations and contributing to the achievement of our business objectives. This position offers the opportunity to develop your management capabilities whilst working alongside a talented sales team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion

• Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure team performance metrics are met or exceeded

• Monitor and analyse sales performance data, providing actionable insights and reports to senior management

• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing sales team members to build a high-performing workforce

• Manage customer relationships and handle escalated client concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention

• Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling, territory management, and lead distribution

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with broader business objectives

• Maintain accurate sales records and CRM systems to support decision-making and forecasting

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in sales management or a supervisory sales role within a commercial organisation

• Strong understanding of sales processes, target achievement, and performance metrics

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members

• Demonstrated ability to analyse data and make informed business decisions

• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities

• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management software

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment

• A results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets

• Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred
