Staff - Industrial Engineering (Production Area)

Job Description:

• Responsible for 3 - 4 line with 19 sewing operators each.

• Support production to achieve the target by doing problem solving related to industrial engineering (time study, motion study, line balancing, etc)

• Develop and make training plan to increase performance of the operators.

• Coordinate with another ecosystem department to prepare quick changing style process.

• Evaluate machine, manpower, and layout capacity for new styles.

• Identify bottlenecks and improve work methods, layout, and workstation ergonomics

• Prepare daily report to support data analysis.

• Monitor production efficiency and operator performance daily.

• Initiate or support Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Textile, Science or any related fields.

• Required language(s): English.

• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Required Skill(s): Lean Manufacturing, cycle time, analytical thinking, time study tools and garment construction.

• Must have strong analytical, communication, negotiation and teamwork skills.

• Have strong leadership & problem-solving skills.
