SPV Cost Control/Inventory

About the role

SPV Cost Control role overseeing and controlling operational costs, purchases, and inventory to align with budget and minimise waste. The position involves analysing cost and stock variances, evaluating budget realisation, and identifying potential deviations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and control operational costs, purchases, and inventory to align with budget and minimise waste

• Analyse cost and stock variances and evaluate budget realisation

• Identify potential deviations and cost control issues

• Prepare cost control reports and provide cost efficiency recommendations based on analysis results

• Oversee the performance of the Cost Control team

• Coordinate with Finance, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Operations to ensure data accuracy and effectiveness of cost control

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Accounting, Management, or related field

• Experience in Cost Control, Inventory Control, Finance, or Accounting

• Experience leading a team is preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis, cost processing, and report preparation

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability

• Understanding of cost control and inventory management

• Honest, firm, responsible, communicative, and able to coordinate across departments
