Area Manager

About the role

Manage and monitor daily operations of multiple outlets. Ensure sales targets, profitability, and operational KPIs are achieved. Control inventory, stock accuracy, and product availability. Ensure outlet compliance with company SOPs and applicable regulations. Supervise and develop Store Managers and outlet teams. Evaluate outlet performance and implement improvement strategies.

About you

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably as an Area Manager in retail industry

• Experience managing multiple outlets, preferably in bottle shops, liquor retail, or FMCG

• Strong understanding of sales targets, inventory control, and operational management

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Placement in Surabaya Area
