About the role

Supervise and coordinate daily operations of sales, merchandiser, or distribution teams in the field. Ensure achievement of sales targets and product availability across all coverage areas. Monitor and evaluate product displays, merchandising, and planogram compliance in retail outlets. Manage relationships with store partners, distributors, and local agents. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and product performance in the operational region, reporting periodically to management.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities of sales, merchandiser, or distribution teams in the field

• Ensure achievement of sales targets and product availability across all coverage areas

• Monitor and evaluate product displays, merchandising, and planogram compliance in retail outlets

• Manage relationships with store partners, distributors, and local agents

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and product performance in the operational region

• Report market analysis and performance findings periodically to management

About you

• Minimum D3 or S1 education (all majors)

• Minimum 2–3 years of work experience in FMCG industry as Supervisor or Team Leader in Sales/Distribution

• Own vehicle and active driving license (A/C) for field mobility

• Knowledge of operational region (Surakarta and surrounding areas) and its distribution map

• Experienced in using Sales Force Automation (SFA) or stock and sales data recording software

• Target-oriented, communicative, and able to sustain high work intensity in the field

• Skilled in sales and distribution management with understanding of FMCG distribution systems and retail management

• Capable of directing, motivating, and evaluating field team performance

• Skilled in negotiating with store owners and distributors and communicating across departments

• Able to read sales data, stock figures, and forecast market potential
