SPG Event role focused on promoting products, services, or brand at company events to increase brand awareness and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote products, services, or brand actively to event visitors to increase brand awareness and achieve sales targets

• Explain product features, advantages, pricing, and current promotions to prospective customers clearly, friendly, and informatively

• Welcome visitors enthusiastically, build good communication, and serve customer questions or complaints in the event area professionally

• Distribute product samples, brochures, or souvenirs to visitors according to the event concept

• Record the number of interested visitors, note daily sales transactions if any, and create event activity reports to supervisors or Team Leader

• Maintain neat and professional appearance according to company grooming standards and keep the booth area tidy during the event
