About the role
Identify and analyze opportunities to improve operational efficiency and productivity. Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives, analyze production processes, and identify root causes of operational problems.
Key responsibilities
Identify and analyze opportunities to improve operational efficiency and productivity
Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Analyze production processes and identify root causes of operational problems
Apply Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and other improvement methodologies
Monitor KPIs and evaluate the effectiveness of improvement projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce waste, costs, and process inefficiencies
Willing to be placed at Karawang, West Java.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Experience in continuous improvement, process improvement, or manufacturing operations
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and problem-solving tools
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
