Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality massage treatments with consistent techniques, appropriate pressure, and professional service standards.
• Understand guests' needs and recommend suitable treatments based on their preferences.
• Actively upsell treatments, add-on services, and spa packages to support individual and team revenue targets.
• Maintain excellent personal grooming, hygiene, and treatment room cleanliness.
• Ensure guest comfort, satisfaction, and a premium hospitality experience.
• Follow company SOPs, treatment protocols, and service quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve operational and sales targets.

About you

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a massage therapist in a spa, massage center, or wellness establishment.
• Strong practical massage skills and familiarity with various massage techniques.
• Experienced in providing massage treatments regularly and confidently.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able and willing to upsell treatments and additional services.
• Hardworking, disciplined, punctual, honest, and responsible.
• Willing to work with performance targets and an incentive-based compensation structure.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
• Experience serving premium or VIP guests is an advantage.
