Head Spa Therapist & Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head Spa Therapist & Trainer to join our pre-opening team, lead the therapist team, and establish treatment and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support pre-opening preparation, including selection and skills testing of prospective therapists

• Develop treatment SOPs and therapist operational procedures

• Conduct initial training, refresher training, and periodic skills evaluation

• Lead and supervise daily therapist team activities

• Maintain consistency of treatment quality and service

• Coordinate with Operations Manager regarding treatment development, equipment needs, and guest feedback follow-up

About you

• Experienced as a Head Therapist or similar position in a spa or wellness center

• Experienced as a trainer with ability to train and develop therapist skills

• Proficient in various massage techniques and knowledgeable in hygiene, safety, and guest comfort standards

• Able to develop and implement SOPs, treatment protocols, and training materials

• Strong leadership, communication, and performance evaluation capabilities

• Pre-opening spa experience is an added value
