Spa Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Spa & Wellness Supervisor to oversee daily operations, team performance, and service quality at our spa & wellness facility in Belitung.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily team activities

• Monitor team performance and maintain service standards

• Handle guest complaints and operational issues

• Implement SOP and operational procedures

• Train and motivate team members

About you

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Spa, Wellness, Beauty, or Hospitality

• Previous experience as Supervisor / Senior Therapist / Team Leader is preferred

• Strong understanding of spa and wellness operations

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Good customer service and communication skills

• Target-oriented, proactive, and responsible

• Well-organized and able to work under pressure

• Experience in hotel or resort environment is a plus

• Fluent in English is a plus
