Sales Retail Manager

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, retail management, or business development, preferably in spa, wellness, hospitality, beauty, or lifestyle industries.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.

Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Proficient in sales reporting, budgeting, and performance monitoring.

Customer-oriented, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across spa and wellness outlets.

Manage retail sales operations, including spa products, wellness packages, memberships, and treatment services.

Identify new business opportunities, develop partnerships, and expand the customer base.

Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, business partners, and individual customers.

Monitor sales performance, analyze sales reports, and develop action plans to improve business results.

Lead, supervise, and evaluate the sales team to ensure targets and service standards are achieved.

Develop promotional programs, loyalty programs, and upselling or cross-selling strategies to increase revenue.

Coordinate with marketing and operational teams to ensure effective sales campaigns and smooth outlet operations.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the spa and wellness industry.

Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain brand standards across all retail outlets.
