Social Media Staff

About the role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Staff to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple brands. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing daily social media activities, and supporting our digital marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily social media accounts, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google Maps

• Create, plan, and publish engaging content based on each brand's identity

• Develop monthly content calendars and social media plans

• Take photos and videos for social media content

• Create short-form videos, Reels, and TikTok content

• Write engaging captions and copy

• Monitor comments, DMs, mentions, and online reviews

• Stay updated with social media trends, features, and relevant content ideas

• Support social media campaigns, promotions, and events

• Monitor content performance and prepare basic monthly reports

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, or a similar position

• Experience in hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, or tourism is a plus

• Creative, proactive, and up-to-date with social media trends

• Good photography and videography skills

• Able to create engaging Reels and TikTok videos

• Good writing and communication skills

• Familiar with Canva and basic video editing tools

• Familiar with social media analytics

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Good English communication skills
