SHIFT Bali is looking for a creative designer who can turn marketing ideas into clear and engaging social media content.

We’re not only looking for someone who can make good-looking designs. We want someone who can understand our audience, our product, and the message we want to communicate.

You’ll work with our Growth & Creative team to create:

* Instagram posts & carousels

* Facebook content

* TikTok carousel/static content

* Other social media materials

We’re looking for someone who:

* Has strong social media graphic design skills

* Understands Instagram content and carousel design

* Can turn a marketing brief into engaging visual content

* Understands the audience before designing

* Can communicate a product clearly through visuals

* Is creative, proactive, and comfortable sharing ideas

Our main audience is FIFO workers spending their R&R time in Bali.

SHIFT helps FIFO workers make the most of their time off in Bali through lifestyle, recovery, and support services. We want our content to clearly communicate this value — rather than simply looking like travel content.
