Social Media & Content Specialist [Rahasia Gadis]

Tanggung jawab

• Develop and execute content strategies across digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and website).
• Write and edit articles, captions, video scripts, and other formats in the signature Rahasia Gadis tone.
• Conduct research on trending and relevant topics for our target audience (Gen Z and millennial women).
• Collaborate with the design, video, and social media teams to create visually and narratively strong content.
• Ensure consistency in tone of voice with Rahasia Gadis’ brand identity.
• Analyze content performance and propose new content ideas based on audience insights.

Persyaratan

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Content Writer, Content Creator, or similar role in digital media or lifestyle brands.
• Excellent writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia (fluency in English is a plus).
• Passionate about women’s issues, mental health, lifestyle, and social media.
• Strong understanding of digital trends and the ability to adapt quickly to algorithm/platform changes.
• Creative, self-initiated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working under deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
