Site Acquisition Manager (Medan Placement)

Job Description

• Search and find locations for opening a new store for retail business.
• Survey and analysis location/feasibility study.
• Negotiation with landlord/owner/developer.
• Planning & mapping potential areas for a retail location.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree, in any field.

- Required skill(s): Negotiating, Site Acquisition, Site Survey, Networking

- Minimum 8-10 years (s) of working experience in business development and - - channel development field (retail business background preferably)

- Experienced in the Retail industry and opening a store in a mall is a must

- Able to work under pressure

- Good teamwork and communication skills

- Willing to travel

- Willing to be placed in the Jakarta Office
