Shrimp Hatchery Production Supervisor

PT Suri Tani Pemuka (JAPFA Group) is looking for a Shrimp Hatchery Production Supervisor to lead and oversee shrimp hatchery production operations across the full production cycle. In this role with placement across company units in Indonesia (Sumbawa, Sulawesi, Indramayu, etc), you will be responsible for ensuring production targets, quality standards, biosecurity compliance, and operational excellence are achieved while driving continuous improvement and team development across hatchery operations.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Overseeing shrimp hatchery production operations across the full production cycle to ensure production targets, quality standards, and operational efficiency are achieved.

2. Supervising daily production activities and ensuring compliance with SOPs, work instructions, biosecurity protocols, and quality control standards.

3. Analyzing production performance, identifying operational issues, and implementing corrective and continuous improvement actions.

4. Coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support smooth production processes and harvest planning.

5. Leading, developing, and evaluating team performance to strengthen technical capabilities and operational excellence.

6. Preparing and reviewing production reports while driving initiatives to improve productivity, product quality, and overall hatchery performance.

What We're Looking For

1. Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor's in Fisheries, Aquaculture.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in Shrimp Hatchery, or minimum 3 years of experience in a senior technical role within shrimp hatchery production operations.

3. Strong knowledge of shrimp hatchery production processes, including broodstock management, nauplii production, larvae production, biosecurity, and quality control practices.

4. English proficiency is an advantage.

5. Willing to be placed at any company unit across Indonesia.
