Operational Technology (OT) Engineering Staff

Exciting opportunity for a driven OT Engineering Staff to join the dynamic team at PT Suri Tani Pemuka (JAPFA Group), a leading company in the aquaculture industry. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing Operational Technology (OT) systems, including industrial automation, PLC, HMI, SCADA, instrumentation, and system integration, to enhance equipment reliability, process efficiency, and operational performance.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Collect, process, and analyze OT system performance data, including control systems, SCADA, alarms, historical data, and equipment reliability.

2. Prepare periodic reports and support evaluations related to OT system performance, downtime, incidents, and maintenance activities.

3. Execute the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of PLC, HMI, SCADA, and other automation systems in accordance with approved plans and standards.

4. Perform commissioning, testing, backup management, documentation, and maintenance activities for OT systems and equipment.

5. Monitor and troubleshoot control systems, instrumentation, industrial communication networks, and operational technology applications.

6. Support the execution of OT development, integration, system upgrade, and digitalization projects.

7. Maintain technical documents, engineering drawings, system backups, asset records, and OT inventories.

8. Propose improvement ideas and support initiatives to enhance OT system reliability, efficiency, security, and operational performance.

What We're Looking For

1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Informatics Engineering

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Automation, or Control System Engineering.

3. Strong understanding of industrial automation and control systems.

4. Hands-on experience in SCADA and HMI programming (Tatsoft, WinCC, Visual Basic).

5. Proficient in SQL database management, data integration, and industrial reporting systems.

6. Good understanding of industrial machinery, manufacturing processes, and automation system troubleshooting.

7. Fluent English with good technical communication skills.

8. Willingness to travel extensively and be placed across company operations in Indonesia.
