Job Description

• Lead and monitor operational activities during assigned shifts
• Ensure team performance, product preparation, and customer service run properly
• Support opening and closing operational procedures
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and store readiness at all times
• Handle basic customer complaints and report operational issues

Job Requirements

• Experience in restaurant, café, bakery, or retail operations preferred
• Good communication and team coordination skills
• Disciplined, active, and able to lead small teams
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
