Service Consultant Supervisor (PCO License Holder - Pest Control)

About the role

This role will be responsible for service operations, team leadership, customer management, and B2B business development for a leading Pest Management and Environmental Hygiene company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily service operations and field activities

• Monitor service quality, productivity, and safety compliance

• Lead, coach, and develop service staff

• Improve operational performance and efficiency

• Identify and acquire new B2B customers

• Conduct site surveys, client meetings, and service presentations

• Prepare proposals and support contract negotiations

• Develop sales pipelines and achieve revenue targets

• Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients

• Handle customer complaints and service issues

About you

• Minimum 5 years of experience in pest management, service operations, field operations, pest control, and facility management

• Experience in team leadership or field staff supervision is preferred

• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification

• Background in Agriculture, Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Engineering, or Facility Management is an advantage

• Pest Control / PCO certification is preferred

• Fluent in English and Indonesian (spoken & written)
