About the role

Senior Sales Incentive role focused on sales activities, particularly in the Tour & Travel, Insurance, and Property industries.

Key responsibilities

• Prospecting, canvassing, networking, follow-up, and achievement of sales targets

• Building and maintaining relationships with customers

• Seeking and developing new business opportunities

• Conducting client visits and business meetings as needed

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education, preferably in Marketing, Management, Tourism, Business, or related fields

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, particularly from Tour & Travel, Insurance, or Property industries

• Experience in Insurance Sales highly considered

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills

• Accustomed to working with targets and deadlines

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Extensive networking, particularly in corporate segments, communities, organizations, or companies

• Understanding of travel products, corporate travel, or incentive trips is an advantage

• English language proficiency
