Senior Regulatory Specialist (Penanggung Jawab Teknis / PJT) – Cosmetics

PT Good Sale Tech is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Person In Charge (Penanggung Jawab Teknis) to ensure our cosmetic/skin care/personal care products, importation activities, and distribution processes comply with applicable regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Manage import and distribution permits, as well as monitor regulatory updates and ensure timely implementation.

• Maintain, organize, and ensure completeness of Product Information File (PIF) and other regulatory documentation.

• Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure warehouse conditions and distribution processes comply with applicable standards.

• Coordinate and oversee clinical/product testing activities and verify product, packaging, and marketing claims for regulatory compliance.

• Handle customer complaints, adverse events, retain samples, and product recall processes.

• Prepare and coordinate regulatory documentation and activities for external audits.

• Coordinate with principals, internal teams, laboratories, and relevant regulatory authorities on compliance matters.

• Ensure day-to-day regulatory and technical activities are conducted accurately and in accordance with applicable regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy with a valid STRA.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Penanggung Jawab Teknis (PJT) in the cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry.

• Experience in a cosmetic distributor/importer is a strong advantage.

• Strong understanding of government regulations, cosmetic notification, and Product Information File (PIF) management.

• Good understanding of importation and distribution processes is an advantage.

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy in document verification and regulatory compliance.

• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Able to coordinate effectively with principals, internal stakeholders, laboratories, and regulatory authorities.

• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple regulatory matters with a high level of accuracy.
