Senior Officer – Silk Screen Printing

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field; vocational high school graduates with strong relevant experience are also welcome.

Minimum 5 years of experience in silk screen printing, preferably in sporting goods, soccer ball, or footwear manufacturing.

Strong technical knowledge of silk screen printing processes, screen preparation, ink mixing, color matching, and printing registration.

Proven experience leading and supervising a team of printing operators.

Able to manage daily production activities, manpower allocation, and production targets.

Responsible for maintaining printing quality and ensuring compliance with product specifications and quality standards.

Able to identify and troubleshoot printing defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Experienced in improving printing processes, reducing defect rates, and increasing productivity.

Able to provide technical training, coaching, and guidance to operators.

Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Able to prepare production reports and monitor key performance indicators, including output, quality, and efficiency.

Willing to work shifts and support production requirements when necessary.
