Senior Officer – Ink Mixing Specialist

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field; vocational high school graduates with strong relevant experience are also welcome.

Minimum 5 years of experience in ink mixing, preferably in silk screen printing, sporting goods, soccer ball, or footwear manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of ink formulation, ink mixing ratios, pigment properties, viscosity, and color consistency.

Experienced in color matching according to approved color samples, specifications, and brand requirements.

Able to adjust ink formulations to achieve the required color accuracy and printing performance.

Knowledge of ink adhesion, drying time, curing conditions, and compatibility with different printing materials.

Able to identify and troubleshoot ink-related issues, including color deviation, poor adhesion, uneven coverage, and viscosity problems.

Experienced in managing ink inventory, material usage, and minimizing ink waste.

Proven ability to lead, supervise, and train ink mixing staff.

Able to maintain accurate records of ink formulas, mixing ratios, color standards, and batch information.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality standards.

Familiar with chemical handling, workplace safety, and proper storage of inks and solvents.
