Senior Mobile Engineer (Kotlin)

Tanggung jawab

• Develop and maintain high-quality native Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack libraries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code (including unit tests for edge cases, usability, and reliability)
• Identify and fix bugs, optimize performance, and improve application architecture
• Review code, unblock teams, and elevate technical depth across the org
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Android technologies and development trends

Persyaratan

• Highly skilled and experienced (minimum 5 years) in Android development using Kotlin
• Strong command of architectural patterns like MVVM and Clean Architecture
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Deep experience with Jetpack Compose, Coroutine Flow, Dependency Injection, Room DB, and other libraries in our tech stack
• Strong grasp of Firebase services — Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, and Cloud Messaging
• Expertise in modular architecture for testable and scalable Android applications
• Advanced knowledge in performance profiling — including rendering, memory usage, and battery optimization
• Experience building offline-first mobile applications with resilient sync strategies
• Excellent collaboration skills — able to work cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Backend teams
• Background in POS integrations or hospitality tech is a strong plus
