Senior Loan Processor - Australian Loans (English Speaker, Full Remote)

AMI Financial Solutions is a PMA company based in Bali. We support Australian mortgage brokers and financial advisers with the behind-the-scenes work that gets their clients into homes and property investment. We're looking for an experienced Senior Loan Processor who already knows the Australian lending market and wants a fully remote role with flexible hours and a small, supportive team.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Loan Processor. The Senior Loan Processor will be responsible for assisting client(s) with providing the best option for their home mortgages by analysing lending capability, conducting scenarios analysis, document collection and other compliance needs based on Australian lender's policy. They will utilize analytical skills to evaluate clients’ financial and related information and develop comprehensive financial plans for home loan structures.

Qualifications

• MUST have previous knowledge of house mortgages and property investment strategy in Australia. Experience in loan processing, credit analysis or mortgage support, specifically with Australian home loans

• MUST have prior knowledge to Australian Financial system

• Solid understanding of Australian lender policies, the property market and investment loan structures

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or related field

• Fluent in English (both writing and speaking, this is mandatory as all the work will be done in English)

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Open-minded, adaptable and confident

• Self-motivated, curious, responsible and trustworthy

• Experience in finance-related tasks, financial analysis and report writing

• Analytical skills to evaluate and interpret financial data

• Strong administrative skill to ensure accuracy in data collection

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Nice to have

• Experience with Australian broker CRMs or aggregator platforms

• Experience with self-employed, investor or complex lending scenarios

Job setting & additional support

• This position offers full-time remote work, requiring you to work comfortably from any location while maintaining a high level of responsibility and confidentiality.

• Standard working hour (Western Indonesia Time - WIB), Monday - Friday, 09.00 - 18.00. These hours are flexible, allowing you to manage personal matters as needed during the day.

• We will provide working device (laptop).

• Kindly be aware that visa assistance is not available for this role. Candidates must have the legal eligibility to work in Indonesia.
