  • Create, update, and maintain tech packs and spec sheets with accuracy and consistency

  • Ensure all documentation (fitting notes, revisions, BOM) is complete, organised, and up to date

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with manufacturers on technical comments, corrections, and updates

  1. Sample Development & Production Coordination

  • Track sample development at every stage, ensuring timelines and revisions are followed closely

  • Coordinate with manufacturers with a real understanding of production constraints (MOQ, technical feasibility, construction complexity)

  • Estimate fabric consumption and support costing discussions with manufacturers

  • Prepare samples for fittings, meetings, and production handover

  1. Leadership & Team Support

  • Mentor and support junior team members on technical development and pattern making

  • Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously across different product categories

  • Act as a technical reference point for the wider design and development team

  1. Tracking & Reporting

  • Document development meticulously (fitting photos, revision notes, sample history)

  • Keep development trackers accurate and up to date at every stage
