Senior DevOps/Platform Engineer

Job Description

• Set up and manage access, CI/CD pipelines, and development, SIT, and staging environments.

• Manage feature flag configurations for user- or organization-level system transitions without requiring redeployment.

• Build and maintain monitoring for active and expired locks, data synchronization latency, and service errors.

• Implement observability through metrics, logs, dashboards, and relevant monitoring tools.

• Manage application configurations and secrets across multiple environments.

• Prepare deployment procedures and support staging deployment during the pilot phase.

• Develop runbooks and establish rollback procedures to ensure a safe transition to the existing system.

• Monitor system stability and support troubleshooting during deployment and pilot activities.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Infrastructure, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.

• Strong experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.

• Proficiency in OpenShift or Kubernetes.

• Experience with observability, including metrics, logs, and dashboards.

• Experience managing configurations and secrets across multiple environments.

• Experience monitoring Apache Kafka or Change Data Capture (CDC) is an advantage.

• Experience implementing gradual release strategies such as canary deployment, feature flags, and rollback is highly preferred.

• Experience managing Oracle Database in non-production environments is a plus.

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or a related field.
