About the role

A hotel security position responsible for maintaining the safety and security of guests, staff, and hotel property through patrols, monitoring, and incident management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the safety and security of guests, staff, and hotel property

• Patrol hotel areas, including the lobby, parking area, and back-of-house

• Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activities

• Control access for visitors, vendors, and staff

• Handle security incidents and emergencies according to hotel procedures

• Record daily activities and prepare incident reports

• Check hotel facilities and report any damage or unusual situations

• Assist guests and staff when necessary

• Ensure hotel rules and security procedures are followed

• Report security issues to the supervisor or management

About you

• Minimum high school education (SMA/SMK or equivalent)

• Previous experience in hotel security or a similar position is preferred

• Must have a valid Gada Pratama certificate (if required by the hotel)

• Good physical condition and able to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays

• Honest, disciplined, responsible, and alert

• Good communication skills and a polite attitude

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Able to handle emergencies calmly and professionally

• Familiar with basic security procedures and emergency response

• Able to communicate in basic English is an advantage
