About the role

This is a security position responsible for safeguarding company premises, managing access control, and maintaining a safe and conducive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct security for company areas (access entry/exit, perimeter, and assets)

• Perform inspections of visitors, vehicles, and goods according to procedure

• Conduct routine patrols to ensure safe and conducive conditions

• Handle emergency situations (fire, theft, security disturbances)

• Operate CCTV and other security systems

• Create incident reports and daily activity logs

• Enforce company regulations related to security and order

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent

• Security training certificate (Gada Pratama preferred)

• Minimum 1 year experience as security personnel (service sector experience preferred)

• Understanding of security procedures and occupational health and safety (K3)

• Good and firm communication skills

• Good physical health and stamina

• Disciplined, honest, and responsible

• Willing to work shifts (including nights and holidays)
