Sales Engineer – CCTV & Security System

About the role

PT Media Bersama Sukses (MBS Group) is seeking a motivated and target-oriented Sales Engineer to develop business opportunities, build client relationships, and promote security and technology solutions specializing in CCTV, Security Systems, Access Control, Fire Alarm, and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for CCTV, security systems, access control, fire alarm, and ELV products
• Find and approach potential customers, including factories, commercial buildings, contractors, developers, and corporate clients
• Present products and solutions based on customer requirements
• Prepare quotations, follow up on sales opportunities, negotiate with customers, and support the sales process through closing
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and achieve assigned sales targets
• Conduct client visits and develop new business opportunities

About you

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, IT, Marketing, or related fields
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Sales experience, especially in CCTV, security systems, networking, IT hardware, or electrical products, preferred
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn technical products and develop sales skills
• Proactive, confident, target-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
