SCM Logistik Officer

About the role

The Logistic Officer is responsible for ensuring smooth logistics operations and order fulfillment in accordance with customer requirements. This role involves managing sales orders, customer communications, inventory coordination, and documentation within the SCM, Sales & Administration department.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure delivery arrangement in accordance with customer's requirement

• Responsible for correctness of Sales Order creation

• Communicate with customers on stock availability

• Maintain correct selling prices in SAP

• Ensure batch allocation according to First In First Out principle

• Creation of Invoice — commercial and tax

• Coordinate with Warehouse & service provider for smooth delivery

• Accountable for correctness of customer master data in SAP

• Ensure proper filing

• Monitor Credit/ Debit Note — if applicable

About you

• University Degree or Diploma Holder

• Experience in customer service area is necessary

• Well versed with MS Office application

• Knowledge of SAP is advantageous

• Good command of English is advantageous

• Computer skill in spreadsheet

• Negotiation & Communication Skill
