Sales Team Leader

About the role

We are hiring a high-performing BD Team Lead to lead, coach, and drive our field sales team in acquiring F&B merchants for biggest F&B platform across West Jakarta, North Jakarta, and Tangerang.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field activities and merchant acquisition efforts of the BD team.

• Provide field shadowing, coaching, and daily mentoring to maximize team sales output.

• Execute area mapping strategies for deep market penetration in key culinary hubs.

• Track team activities, visit routes, and pipeline status in real-time using internal mobile applications.

• Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs, attendance, and project policies.

• Manage key account acquisitions (popular local eateries & F&B chains) and deal escalations.

• Analyze conversion metrics and report sales insights to senior management in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

About you

• Min. SMA/SMK degree (Prior lead experience required).

• Min. 2 years of experience in Sales, BD, or Merchant Acquisition.

• Experience leading a field sales team in F&B, e-commerce, or ride-hailing is a strong plus.

• Minimum B1 Level (Must provide official English certificate).

• Highly comfortable using mobile apps and digital dashboards for team monitoring and reporting.

• Strong knowledge of local restaurant operations and culinary hubs in West Jakarta, North Jakarta, and Tangerang.

• Willing to actively conduct field supervision across West Jakarta, North Jakarta, and Tangerang.

• Proven leadership, coaching, people management, and problem-solving skills.
