Sales Support (FMCG Company)

Adecco is currently partnering with a leading multinational FMCG company and supporting their hiring for a Sales Support (English Speaker) position.

In this role, you will coordinate closely with distributors, manufacturers, internal stakeholders, and regional headquarters to ensure smooth sales operations and effective order management. This position requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage sales orders, quotations, customer documentation, and commercial paperwork.

• Monitor and follow up on order status, deliveries, inventory availability, and payment-related matters.

• Liaise with distributors, manufacturers, suppliers, internal teams, and the Thailand headquarters to ensure seamless operations.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, presentations, order tracking records, and other supporting documents.

• Support marketing initiatives by coordinating product samples, promotional campaigns, and sales events.

• Track and follow up on outstanding requests, documentation, approvals, and action items.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, or a similar commercial support role.

• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Accurate, or other equivalent platforms.

• Experience in PO processing, order management, and sales administration activities.

• Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
