Sales SPV (Leader)

Job Description:

As a branch manager, you will focus on developing distribution channels and strengthening customer relationships within the region, as well as managing store operations and the team, with a specific responsibility for building a distribution channel network from scratch (the initial "0 to 1" phase).

1. Responsible for developing the customer base for air conditioning products across all market levels (provincial capitals, prefecture-level cities, and counties) within the branch’s jurisdiction, with a focus on establishing partnerships with local retailers, wholesalers, specialty stores, and small family-owned shops.

2. Set daily and weekly targets for customer acquisition and sales deliveries for branch sales staff, and monitor and oversee progress toward achieving these targets.

3. Actively lead sales staff in conducting customer visits, provide guidance on customer acquisition and customer relationship management, and enhance the overall efficiency of the team.

4. Develop promotional activity plans at the point of sale (terminal) tailored to local conditions, and guide sales staff in their execution.

5. Manage risks related to customer partnerships and payments; follow up on accounts receivable to ensure timely payments in accordance with agreed-upon credit terms.

6. Perform other duties as assigned by management in line with the company’s needs.

Qualification:

1. Min Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in managing and leading a sales team.

3. Active in English Language is point plus

4. Motivated to work based on targets and business needs.

5. Strong understanding of sales operations in the air conditioner or home appliances industry.

6. Regional placement: Medan, Palembang, Jakarta, Semarang & Surabaya
