Warehouse, Logistic & Clearance Leader

Job Description:

• Manage relationships with third-party warehousing service providers to ensure the secure storage of company goods and oversee adherence to safety standards throughout operations.

• Coordinate with order specialists and sales managers to ensure customer orders are dispatched to the designated destination warehouses according to the agreed-upon schedule.

• Conduct periodic inventory audits at third-party and branch warehouses to ensure alignment between physical stock and inventory records.

• Arranging the shipment of goods to branch offices or distributors/retailers using freight forwarding services to various regions in Indonesia.

• Manage the end-to-end customs clearance process in Indonesia; oversee third-party warehousing and coordinate the shipment of customer orders to ensure prompt customs clearance upon arrival and timely delivery to local customers.

• Establish an end-to-end logistics system for the subsidiary—encompassing import/export logistics, local warehousing, and last-mile delivery—by integrating local Indonesian logistics policies, the specific transport requirements for home appliance products, and the Group’s established standards.

• Formulate logistics management policies, operational standards, and documentation protocols to ensure standardized and compliant logistics operations.

• Conduct periodic inventory audits at third-party and branch warehouses to ensure alignment between physical stock and inventory records.

• Monitor changes in Indonesian import and customs policies and provide timely updates to company leadership.

• Track the real-time arrival status of containers shipped from China and coordinate with customs brokers to ensure customs clearance is completed promptly upon the arrival of goods.

• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership in accordance with company requirements.

Qualification:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management or International Trade

• Experience minimum 5 years

• Language: Proficient in English or Chinese for professional communication plus point

• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and compliance standards.

• Proficiency in WMS and ERP/ SAP systems (Navision experience preferred).

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Efficient, skilled in time management, and capable of leading a team—both in terms of performance and in fostering positive team relationships.
