Sales Showroom

About the role

This is a showroom sales position in the fishing equipment retail sector. You will welcome and serve customers, explain product features and specifications, and make recommendations based on customer needs and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers at the showroom in a friendly and professional manner

• Explain features, specifications, and uses of fishing products (rods, reels, bait, line, hooks, accessories)

• Recommend products according to customer needs and budget

• Communicate in a friendly, polite, and courteous manner with local and foreign customers

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Process transactions (cashier/invoice) with accuracy

• Maintain display neatness and showroom cleanliness

• Assist with stock checks, goods receipt, and stock opname

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty/return claims according to procedure

About you

• Minimum S1 qualification in Management or Business

• Minimum 2-3 years of retail/showroom sales experience

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Basic English (spoken) for customer communication

• Ability to sell and work towards targets

• Able to operate basic computer and cashier applications

• Physically healthy and able to lift and move stock items

• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Honest, detail-oriented, disciplined, and well-presented

• Fluent in English
