Retail Manager

About the role

Retail Manager responsible for managing daily store operations, ensuring achievement of sales targets, and leading and developing the field team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily store/outlet operations comprehensively

• Ensure achievement of store sales targets and KPIs

• Lead, train, and develop sales/cashier team

• Oversee stock management and product visual merchandising

• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction

• Create sales reports and analyse store performance periodically

• Manage store operational budget

About you

• Minimum S1 education, preferably in management/business

• Minimum 3 years experience in retail, with supervisor/manager experience

• Understand showroom/store operations, sales, customer service, and sales target achievement

• Leadership capability and ability to manage and evaluate team performance

• Able to analyse sales and develop strategies to increase revenue

• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Able to analyse sales data and create reports

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.

• Willing to be mobile to showrooms/branches as required
