• Conducting visits and checking service standard at stores
• Conducting and reporting Mystery Shopping and observation activities
• Inspecting store infrastructure to ensure a comfortable shopping environment for customers
• Handling complaints in the store
• Developing a customer centric culture across organization
• Training and delivering customer service excellence training
• Conducting and reporting Customer Satisfaction Surveys
• Contributing in sales for product

Persyaratan

• Min. Bachelor Degree of any major
• Min. 2 years of customer service or retail operation
• Excellence in communication and problem solving
• Computer proficiency
• Willing to be relocated anywhere in Indonesia
• Willing to work six days a week
