Sales Retail Showroom

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers and recommend suitable furniture and sanitary products based on their needs.

• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and promotions.

• Achieve sales targets through effective selling, upselling, and cross-selling.

• Follow up on customer inquiries and quotations to increase sales conversion.

• Process sales orders and coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams.

• Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards.

• Handle customer complaints and after-sales service professionally.

• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in retail sales or showroom sales, preferably in furniture, sanitary, interior, or building materials.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Customer-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.

• Good product presentation, problem-solving, and computer skills.

• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays according to the showroom schedule.
