About the role

Hunting and opening new outlets (NOO). Searching for and developing potential customers and outlets. Conducting product presentations and introductions. Providing product samples to customers for trial. Following up on trial results and gathering customer feedback. Converting samples to trials to orders to repeat orders. Developing products based on customer needs and feedback. Maintaining good relationships with customers. Achieving NOO, sampling, conversion and sales targets. Creating reports on visits and customer progress.

Key responsibilities

• Hunt and open new outlets (NOO)

• Search for and develop potential customers and outlets

• Conduct product presentations and introductions

• Provide product samples to customers for trial

• Follow up on trial results and obtain customer feedback

• Convert samples to trials to orders to repeat orders

• Develop products based on customer needs and feedback

• Maintain good relationships with customers

• Achieve NOO, sampling, conversion and sales targets

About you

• Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent education

• Sales or marketing experience is a plus

• Communicative and confident meeting customers

• Active in canvassing and prospecting

• Good negotiation and follow-up abilities

• Target oriented and persistent

• Own vehicle and active Class C driving licence
